Statewide Out-of-School Time Conference 

Each year the Wisconsin Out of School Time Alliance hosts a conference for the OST field in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, Wisconsin Department of Administration, Marshfield Clinic Health System and University of Wisconsin Stevens Point - Continuing Education.

Join us for an opportunity for out of school time professionals to gather and gain information, education, and resources which will support their programs, staff and participants. Link to conference flyer here.

  • November 12 - 13 in-person conference sessions at Chula Vista, Wisconsin Dells, intended to reach program coordinators, directors, and administrators.
    • November 12 schedule: pre-conference networking from 3:00 - 4:30pm and social from 5:30 - 7:00pm
    • November 13 schedule: conference runs 8:30am - 3:30pm with breakfast starting at 7:30am
  • November 15 virtual conference sessions via Zoom intended to reach frontline staff who work day-to-day to offer a quality experiences to youth and their families.
    • November 15 schedule: virtual conference runs 9:00am - 1:45pm

Exhibitor Opportunities

The conference will feature an Exhibit Hall available at the in-person conference. We encourage all vendors to get creative. Helpful information, self-care ideas, promotional offers, etc., are welcome!

Booth Fee Includes:

  • One complimentary registration, including conference content and meals
  • One 4'x8' skirted table designed for table-top exhibits
  • Access to more than 400 out of school time professionals, including administrators, front-line workers, and community professionals
  • Fee - $110

Scholarships Available

Criteria

  • Only individuals, not organizations, are eligible for scholarship.
  • Applicants must agree to attend the full in-person portion of the conference; in addition, they may also attend the virtual portion.
