Wisconsin Out of School Time Alliance (WOSTA), a program of Marshfield Clinic Health System – Center for Community Health Advancement, is dedicated to fostering quality out-of-school time (OST) programming across Wisconsin. We believe in the transformative power of OST programs to positively impact the lives of children and families in our communities.

Randy Neve has been with MCHS since 1998 and network lead since 2008. Randy’s career has been dedicated to youth related health issues on a local, regional and state level. A theme throughout his tenure has been partnership development.

Jennifer Smith has been with Marshfield Clinic Health System since 2014. Jennifer earned her M.Ed. from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and has worked in spaces supporting children and adolescents for over 25 years.  Jennifer began as a public-school teacher, transitioned to a community-based youth program and now supports out-of-school time programs and program staff throughout the state of Wisconsin in her work with the Wisconsin Out of School Time Alliance.

Aimee Hubacher has recently joined the Marshfield Health System as a health educator. She excelled in early childhood education at Waukesha County Technical College and further pursued a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on early childhood and special education at UW-Whitewater. Aimee previously held a lead teacher position in the 3K Preschool program at the School District of Menomonee Falls. During her time there, she contributed to the establishment of an inclusive preschool program in partnership with the special education department, accommodating both early childhood special education students and other preschoolers from the community. In 2020, Aimee relocated to the Wisconsin Northwoods and worked as a substitute teacher at the Northland Pines School District, gaining valuable experience with students ranging from 4k to 12th grade. She later took on the role of directing a local non-profit childcare and preschool before joining the Wisconsin Out of School Time Alliance team, where she is thrilled to be a part of their mission.
