Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention Trainings

We provide free Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training. The training is based on three simple steps - Question, Persuade, and Refer - and teaches individuals to recognize the warning signs of suicide and learn how to save a life. QPR is similar to learning the fundamentals of CPR to save lives.
