Engineering Design for Youth through KidWind and Hands-On Kits

Learn how to engage youth in renewable energy and the engineering design process through local Wisconsin programs.  Discover the many ways to get involved in the KidWind program, from simple MacGyver experiments with household materials to building a working wind turbine and joining the annual KidWind competition.  Then learn about KEEP, Wisconsin’s K-12 Energy Education Program, and the many resources they can offer, including educator workshops and free hands-on kits about wind, solar, energy efficiency, and more!
