Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches adults how to identify, understand and respond to an adolescent (ages 12-18) who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. This is a 6.5 hour training consisting of 2 hours of independent work and 4.5 hours of virtual, instructor-led sessions.
