Developing Authentic Relationships With Teens presented by PATCH

The success of youth programming relies heavily on a supportive and dynamic relationship between youth and their adult support people. As adults, we have the power to influence and establish that relationship, AND know it can be difficult! Since 2010, PATCH has worked alongside teens to improve the health and wellbeing of their generation. We specialize it developing meaningful youth-adult partnerships and creating innovative, youth-driven programs that foster leadership, advocacy, and community impact. We want to use our lessons learned to help you build confidence in working directly with young people to create spaces in which teens can thrive.
